①洗面器いっぱいに水を張る。
②そこにラベンダー精油(Image)を２・３滴垂らす。
充血し痒みを伴う時はペパーミント(Image)使用。
③タオルを洗面器に浸して、念入りにかきまぜる。
④固く絞り、取り出して出来上がり。
⑤目をつぶってまぶたの上にのせてリラックス(～_～)
